By pioneering the regions’ first independent fact-checking platform, Textgain is helping deal with the issue of information manipulation in the area and helping citizens to access factual information.

Our Approach

Textgain developed an aggregated analytics system that identifies trending stories, including those from fringe news sites. This pipeline enables organisations to stay ahead of emerging narratives and swiftly address disinformation. Factcheck.vlaanderen also provides robust responses based on factual and scientific evidence.
