Building a time-saving tender-digesting AI tool for Antea

Tenders. Just going through the requirements and documents alone takes up so much time and effort that it was high time the process were automated.

Challenge

Preparing an offer for a tender involves wading through large amounts of documents in various formats. Can we save time by automating the collection process?

Solution

We have created a pipeline that aggregates all the various documents that come with a tender. It then converts them into a common format.

AI matches specific requirements for the construction in the dossier to keywords. That way, people don’t have to manually go through all of the 100-page documents anymore to extract useful information, identify needs and to-do’s.

Result

A beta-tool that we continue to test and develop.
